This is the Italian version of "Taps"  Even though it isn't taps it is beautifully played by this young trumpet player. (starts an ends like taps)

The Description:
This is the "Silenzio fuori ordinanza". The Silenzio is used at the endof day into the army's barracks. The fuori ordinanza is more touching I've heard it in the army when a class discharge. It usually used at the El Alamein Italian war memorial or during funerals like the Italian soldier death on Iraq at Nassirya.

Here is wikapedia's answer:
Il Silenzio is an Italian song most notable for its trumpet tune. It was written in 1965 by trumpet player Nini Rosso and Guglielmo Brezza and became a world wide instrumental standard which has sold more than 10 million copies.
